allows users to upload a photo of an empty room and receive various
professionally designed and furnished interior variations in minutes.
We operate as SDVSOFT OU. The company registered in Rebuplic of Estonia.
2) Usage: The Service is intended for use by real estate agents, interior
designers, and other professionals in the home design and real estate
industries. By using the Service, you agree to these terms of service (the
"Terms").
3) Ownership: All designs and variations generated by the Service are the
property of SDVSOFT OU and are protected by copyright laws. You are
granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the designs for the purpose
of promoting and marketing your listings and design projects. License is
provided for personal or commercial use with the accordance of your
subscription plan.
4) Restrictions: You may not redistribute, sell, or sublicense the designs
generated by the Service without the express written consent of SDVSOFT
OU. You also agree not to use the designs in any way that is illegal,
immoral, or detrimental to SDVSOFT OU reputation.
5) Disclaimer: The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any
kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular

the use of the Service.
6) Termination: SDVSOFT OU reserves the right to terminate your use of
the Service at any time, for any reason, and without notice.

12) No Personal Images: The Service is intended for use on photos of empty
rooms only. You agree not to upload any photos that contain the image of
any person or any personally identifiable information. DreamStaging.AI
reserves the right to reject any photo that it determines, in its sole
discretion, contains any such information. DreamStaging.AI will not be held
liable for any damages arising from the use of personal images with the
Service.
13) Photo Ownership: You represent and warrant that you have all necessary
rights and permissions to upload the photos to the Service and that such
photos do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or privacy
rights of any third party. By uploading photos to the Service, you grant
DreamStaging.AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable
license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display the photos for the
purpose of providing the Service.
14) Copyright Transfer: You further transfer to DreamStaging.AI all
copyrights and intellectual property rights in and to the virtual staging
designs generated by the Service. This transfer includes the right for
DreamStaging.AI to save, modify, and distribute the virtual staging designs
for any purpose, including commercial purposes.
15) Protection of Photos: DreamStaging.AI takes the protection of user
photos very seriously. However, DreamStaging.AI cannot guarantee that your
photos will not be subjected to unauthorized use, modification, or
distribution. You agree to hold DreamStaging.AI harmless for any loss or
damage arising from the use of your photos in connection with the Service.
PROJECTNAME'S SOFTWARE, APPS, WEBSITE, AND ANY OF ITS OTHER PROPERTIES ARE
PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING
BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS, OWNERS
OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY,
WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR
IN CONNECTION WITH PROJECTNAME'S SOFTWARE, APPS, WEBSITE, AND ANY OF ITS OTHER
PROPERTIES OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN PROJECTNAME'S SOFTWARE, APPS,
WEBSITE, AND ANY OF ITS OTHER PROPERTIES.
Privacy Policy
1) We do not collect or store any private data except for the purpose of
providing the service.
2) We only process information and data provided by you directly.
3) We may use Google Analytics and other marketing/monitoring tools to do
marketing related activities and/or site reliability monitoring.
4) We are required by law to store all payment related data including your
name and billing address for the period of time required by law.
Acceptable Use Policy
No unlawful or prohibited use
As a condition of your use of the Services, you will not use the Services
for any purpose that is unlawful or otherwise prohibited by this AUP. You
may not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable,
overburden, or otherwise impair any of the Services offered by DreamPic.AI,
or any services offered by a third party, or interfere with any other
party's use and enjoyment of any of our Services. You may not obtain or
attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not
intentionally made available through the Services.
You agree not to use the Service or Results to:
- In any way that violates any applicable national, federal, state, local
or international law or regulation;
- For the purpose of exploiting, harming or attempting to exploit or harm
minors in any way;
- To generate or disseminate verifiably false information and/or content
with the purpose of harming others;
- To generate or disseminate personal identifiable information that can be
used to harm an individual;
- To defame, disparage or otherwise harass others;
- For fully automated decision making that adversely impacts an
individual’s legal rights or otherwise creates or modifies a binding,
enforceable obligation;
- For any use intended to or which has the effect of discriminating against
or harming individuals or groups based on online or offline social behavior
or known or predicted personal or personality characteristics;
- To exploit any of the vulnerabilities of a specific group of persons
based on their age, social, physical or mental characteristics, in order to
materially distort the behavior of a person pertaining to that group in a
